Emma could easily manage mens team. I've so much respect for her. She represents Chelsea FC properly.

@LiT I get that you didn't mean any disrespect whatsoever but the opposite. I just think it's a good idea to listen to what Emma says and respect that. Everywhere people are saying "She could (or should) manage a men's team", even journalists, and she seems to be a bit tired of it.

Emma has time and time again said that she doesn't want to coach a men's team and is tired of people asking her if she would do it. She's coaching one of the best women's teams in the world and that's something to be proud of, which she clearly is. 2022: ""Always the ones about links to the men’s game - those are the questions I hate the most," she said. "If Thomas Tuchel was constantly linked to (another job) in the press he wouldn’t be asked about it in the same way, but because there are no females coaching in the men’s game and I’m the one who’s achieved the most, there’s just an automatic assumption that 1) it’s going to happen, and 2) that you can keep asking me that question." 2021: "I am manager at Chelsea. I manage and represent elite and world class players and this for me is an amazing job I've spent nine years cultivating all my energy into. I'm not looking for another job," "I think the football world needs to wake up and recognise that women, while the game is played by a different gender, it is exactly the same sport and the qualities involved with having to manage that is exactly the same then it would be for a men's team.

That I agree. Not that Potter is a bad person. I just don't see him saying something to lift the fans or the players.
